Ingredients:
- 1 apple cubed (can sub with berries or banana slices) 
- 1/2 cup pecan halves 
- 2 cups oats 
- 1 cup oat milk 
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1/4 cup big sis rosemary vanilla maple syrup or big sis syrup of choice! 
Directions:
preheat oven to 375. combine oats, cinnamon and salt in bake-safe dish. add oat milk, vanilla extract and big sis rosemary vanilla maple syrup. mix to evenly incorporate. add apple cubes, pecan halves and/or any desired mix-ins. gently stir and pat mixture down with spatula. drizzle a bit more oat milk and maple syrup on top with a dash of cinnamon. bake in oven for 30-40 mins until liquids thicken, the surface is golden and the oatmeal has your desired consistency.
