
elderflower granola
Ingredients:
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1.5 cup raw nuts and/or seeds (pecans and pepitas)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup olive oil
2/3 cup big sis elderflower & co. honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Directions:
preheat oven to 350. combine oats, raw nuts and seeds, sea salt and cinnamon in large bowl. combine olive oil, big sis elderflower & co. honey and vanilla extract in separate bowl. pour into dry mix and stir to incorporate fully. spread and flatten on 1 large or two small baking sheets lined with parchment paper. bake until golden brown (21-24 mins) until golden brown. stir halfway and press granola down with spatula to create even layer. remove from oven and let cool. enjoy by itself, with milk or on top of yogurt!
