Blueberry lavender matcha

Ingredients:

  • 4 grams matcha powder

  • 2 tbs hot water

  • 8 oz iced milk

  • 1 carton blueberries

  • 1 cup big sis lavender earl grey honey

Directions:

rinse blueberries and add to saucepan. add 1 cup big sis lavender earl grey honey. simmer on low (do not burn) and use immersion blender or potato masher to break down blueberries until smooth. strain into storage container and date label for 1 week.

sift matcha powder into deep bowl and top with hot water. whisk thoroughly and quickly until frothy and smooth. add 1 oz blueberry lavender syrup to glass, add ice and top with cold milk. add whisked matcha on top and mix to incorporate syrup into latte before drinking.
