Big Sis

Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz milk of choice

  • 1-2 tbs Callebaut Cocoa Powder

  • 1-2 tbs big sis syrup of choice

Directions:

Sift 1 tbs cocoa powder into a mug to remove any clumps. Add 1-2 tbs boiling water and whisk thoroughly until smooth. Add 1 tbs big sis syrup and whisk again until smooth. Warm milk of choice using a frother, stove pot or steamer. Stir into cocoa/syrup mix in mug. Add 1 tbs Big Sis syrup if more sweetness or flavor is needed!
